Protected Islands of Marietas
Taking a tour to the islands of Marital was pretty good, there are several outfits that does this tour, so you have to vet out which ones you want to go with. We went with “Vallarta by boat” on the boat called Geronimo, and they were at least 30usd less than “Vallarta Adventures” which did the same tour.
Rinsing the salt off under the flag
The staff was very good and put on a good show, only the leader had the English language dialled in though. The interpretive tour was not too bad pointing out the birds and landscape for that area.
Water was not that calm, so trying stuff like paddle boarding was a little tough. Snorkelling was also choppy and the water was not very clear, but there were quite a bit to see.
