What is there to do in Edmonton?

I find that when I go to Edmonton, it is just a transit zone, a gateway to other cities. Get in, drop a lot of dough and grab what you need and blast out of there. Shopping here is comparable to anywhere in the world, you can get almost anything you want here. I can’t say it is only just that here, there are plenty of things to do, just don’t have time after trying to meet up with friends and family.

I love going out to eat here with plenty of variety to choose from. I mainly go for Asian cuisine as I don’t get much in Jasper.

I don’t want to give Edmonton a bad rap, it is just that I am not use to the urban mentality anymore. Living in Jasper sure spoils you on all the nature and active lifestyle i am accustom to. Having family in Edmonton makes the trip more pleasant.
